Each guest suite at Ndlovu Safari Lodge has its own private plunge pool overlooking the African bush. The luxury villas include an outdoor shower and an outdoor clawfoot bath for watching animals from the deck. The lodge's restaurant serves brunch, lunch, dinner, high tea, and cocktails, with special menus for vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free diets. Chef Peter and Chef Simon prepare dishes using fresh local ingredients, and guests can have breakfast served in the suite or on the deck. The boma dinner includes a singing performance by the staff, and sundowners with snacks are offered in the bush during evening game drives.

Twice-daily game drives in Welgevonden Game Reserve are led by professional rangers such as April and Farai, who track the Big Five across the reserve. The lodge provides blankets, hot water bottles, and coffee or cocktails during drives, and morning snacks include a muesli slice baked by the kitchen. Guests also have access to walking tours, birdwatching, and gin tasting in the bush as part of the lodge's activity program.

Ndlovu Safari Lodge is the only lodge in Welgevonden Game Reserve situated directly next to a river, with a watering hole visible from the main deck and dining area. The reserve is malaria-free, and the lodge offers a paid shuttle service to nearby attractions including Victoria Falls and Welgevonden Main Gate. Ground-floor units are available for guests with mobility needs, and the property has accessible parking.
